Efficient Channel Coding supplies SkyPHYTM DVB-S2 receiver chip
Paradise Datacom has reached an agreement with ViaSat Inc., to embed the latter's Paired Carrier Multiple Access (PCMA) technology in Paradise Datacom modems for improved bandwidth efficiency. PCMA is a patented ViaSat technology combining send and receive signals into the same bandwidth. The technology can achieve up to 100 percent reuse in space segment allocation, providing significant cost savings.
